Our city studio is open from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday at the address below.  We welcome after hours appointments which can be arranged by contacting the studio on 07 3221 2066 during opening hours.

Our off premises workroom has flex hours between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays by appointment.

Our full range of services including consultation and assessing is also available as a mobile service covering Gold & Sunshine Coast regions by appointment for a fee.  Ask a question at any time via email for an initial contact and we’ll source an answer or help get you a result.

Because our advice is always FREE, don’t hesitate to ring during studio hours to ask about the query you have.

STUDIO HOURS

To visit our studio :

We are located on the 4th floor of the ‘Blocksidge & Ferguson’ building at 144 Adelaide St Brisbane, above Ted’s Camera House.

This is between Albert & Edward Sts on the City Hall side of Adelaide St, opposite Queen’s Plaza where you will find convenient car parking. Other parking nearby is Post Office Square, Wintergarden or King George Square car parks. We are a short walk downhill from Central railway station under the Sofitel, and buses stop outside our building or nearby at the Myer Centre depending where you originated.

Accepted payment policies for Jackson Furs purchases.

Upon a purchase being completed, there can be no change of mind exchange or refund.  If new goods are discovered to be faulty within 10 days of purchase, an exchange can be made. A vintage item will have been priced according to its age and will not be exchangeable, though in some cases a repair may be arranged depending on date of purchase and price.  A consigned item cannot be exchanged or refunded on.

Any freight to return a faulty item and receive it again is completely at the purchasers expense.  The original receipt as proof of purchase from Jackson Furs is required with reference to a purchased item dispute.

Jackson Furs Lay By is available on all products over $100.  The following conditions will apply :

· An original deposit of 20% is required to register the lay by.  This docket is a contract that the lay by will be finalized by the date specified and to the full price of the selected item.  The client and sales person must sign the lay by docket.

· Lay bys are of 2 months duration with the balance payable by the specified date.  Lay by will be cancelled if not completed by the due date.

· Lay by cancellation will incur a 25% fee of the total purchase price, paid in addition to the original 20%deposit.
